Hazelnut Blight Bulletin released for members
NEW! Hazelnut Blight Bulletin be Trevor Ranford, 2014 has been released by the Hazelnut Growers of Australia for the benefit of members tackling the tricky disease of hazelnut trees, blight. The papers; a technical bulletin and a series of tips, helps growers manage and prevent the disease that affects the stems, leaves and sometimes husks and nuts of hazelnuts. The disease is prevalent in wet weather and requires ongoing management to maintain tree health. Trees that are infected will have stems die back and can have spots on their leaves, their yield will be affected through poor growth and overall health. Members check it out here.
